Ice cream:
Light cream, strawberries, lemon, sugar. |
Smash the strawberries with any tools at your disposal. |
Lemon zest |
Sugar/cream mixture to 77C. Let cool. |
Mix the strawberries and lemon zest to cooled mixture. |
Ice cream maker. |
Pour mixture in and mix for 30 min. |
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda together. |
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg. |
Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. |
All mixed up! |
Use melon-baller to portion the mixture. |
Lightly flaten the the dough with dampened fingers. |
Bake for 10 mins. Let cool on cooling racks. |
