Chocolate...Truffles!

Yay! I was so excited for this lab. Just. Love. Chocolates! ;A; Grabby hands!~ Not alot of pictures because my hands were insanely coated with truffle and cocoa powder... X3

Melt and boil 50ml margarine and 210ml heavy cream in a sauce pan.
Specialty flavouring used for coffee (5-15ml)
I really wanted peppermint...
250ml semi-sweet chocolate
Off the heat and stir in chocolate until completely combined. Stir in flavouring.
Pans
Pour mixture in and refrigerate for 1 hr...
...and take it out! Scoop portions out and shape.
Decorate with an asssortment of things.
Sprinkles, nuts, suger, cocoa powder, etc.
Make a whole army!~
